Chef Will Cole started Will Cole Chocolates in 2007 on a very small scale, in hopes of capitalizing on holiday shopping. Quickly, Will realized that the Clarkston community responded very strongly to the truffles sold through the local gift shop, The Union General. Even with the small success with the chocolates, he kept his focus on his job as pastry chef at The Clarkston Café. Just like before, Will Cole Chocolates offers all natural chocolate and uses no preservatives in any of our products. Each chocolate is made by hand in small batches to ensure the quality and freshness of each and every chocolate. We use only the freshest ingredients, and we use all local products when available. Our chocolates are sold wholesale through approved retail stores, contact us, and now online with our newly designed website and shopping cart.
